Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth shipping experience for all our customers. Please take note of the following important details regarding our shipping policies:

1. Package Requirements:
   - All shipments will require a signature for delivery. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been signed for and received. 
   - Please carefully examine your package before signing for it.

2. Shipping Methods:
   We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ship our products in various packaging formats, including flat-rate envelopes, Flat Paks, and medium to large boxes.

3. When to Refuse Your Package:
   - Flat Rate Envelope: If the package appears flat, please refuse it.
   - Flat Paks: If the Pak seems flat or deflated, please refuse it.
   - Medium/Large Boxes: Ensure the box is not hollow by shaking it while holding both the outer shipping box and the Snatcher Collection box inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.

4. Shipping Addresses:
   - We only ship to confirmed addresses. It will not be confirmed if the shipping address does not match the billing address linked to your payment method. 

5. Shipping Timeframes:
   - Domestic shipping within the U.S. may take 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping timeframes during sales may extend to 7-14 business days.
   - For international shipping, please allow 6-10 business days. Shipping fees will be a flat rate of $20; additional costs may apply for international customs charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

6. Order Handling:
   - Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. 

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully:

1. Final Sale: 
   - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

2. Lost or Damaged Packages:
   - Snatcher Collection is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A signature is required on all packages to prevent theft. If your package is returned to Snatcher Collection, we will contact you upon its arrival for reshipment; no refunds will be issued.
